SERVICES
There are different types of visas issued to temporary workers or employees. Recently the new passed E-Verify initiative,
requires employers to verify that every employee has a legal status to be able to work. This will make specially farmers,
more difficult to find workers for harvesting tasks. It is the law to be in compliance with this program, however, having
legal temporary workers can solve this matter.
RECRUITING

We do our own recruiting, personally interview and sort every single worker that we hire. Why? we would not risk our reputation with a third-party "recruiter" hiring random people instead of skilled workers just to get a commission. We stand behind the people we hire. Having a bad recruiter that does not hire people by the law can result huge civil money penalties to the Farms.
PROCESSING / CONSULATE LOGISTIC

We have our own office in Monterrey, we process all our petitions to be certified with H2A workers. Our office does all the U.S. Consulate appointments for interviews and we represent our own people. We have agreements with local hotels, insured transportation and meals for the workers. Our transportation partners in Mexico, Turimex, have a fleet of over 2,500 charter buses, they transport all our workers from Monterrey to work sites in USA.
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING

We are always training our workers, as soon as they arrived to USA we go over all types of safety training, harvesting training, pesticides, housing and rules.
TRANSPORTATION
​
We have a fleet of 40 buses to transport the workers daily from housing to fields, as well as to take them to do groceries, laundry, etc. All our buses meet State and Federal regulations.
SUPERVISION
​
All of our supervisors/field-walkers are skilled leaders, they all started from the bottom picking and know all factors to motivate and help workers reach maximum efficiency and quality.
HARVESTING OPERATION
​
We manage all H2A harvesting operations for our customers, currently we have 2,950 workers in our workforce and we keep growing every year. TempLabor has its own scanners and software to keep track of workers hours and pieces. Everyday our clients get a daily report with all the workers records and info required by Wage and Hour.
PAYROLL
​
Based on all the records from our piece track software, we generate the payroll for all our workers, provide the farms and growers with a payroll report, copy of workers itemized pay stub with all the information required by Wage and Hour. All our workers are paid via direct deposit (wire) to their checking accounts that were issued at their arrival.
